Hamilton Executive Recruitment is part of Bucks and Berks Recruitment, providing recruitment solutions at Executive and C Suite level nationally. Our Bucks and Berks heritage is extremely important to us, we are moving forward with the same ethical and reliable approach to recruitment. As well as being able to draw on the vast experience, stability, and business network built by Bucks and Berks over the last 97 years.

We recognise that Hamilton Executive provides a very different recruitment solution to Bucks and Berks, which is why it needed it’s own identity.

We branded the senior division Hamilton Executive because the surname Hamilton has an important place in the Bucks and Berks family history. It was Lorna Hamilton who took over the original Bucks and Berks business in 1947, continuing to build and develop the offering to meet market demand. Her sons went on to grow the company after her retirement and most recently her granddaughter is leading the business. So, it was the obvious choice to include this family name in our brand.
